We deliver our premium wood fuels across Halstead, wider Essex, and Suffolk. To ensure your fuel arrives securely and in pristine condition, we offer two careful delivery methods tailored to your property’s access:

How are the bulk pallets and crates physically delivered?
Our bulk pellets and kiln-dried log crates are delivered using a dedicated delivery vehicle equipped with a tail-lift and a manual pallet truck. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground and wheel it onto a flat, solid, level surface (such as a tarmac or concrete driveway). Please note that manual pallet trucks cannot roll over soft gravel, grass, or steep inclines. If your property features a gravel drive, please notify us in the delivery notes so we can coordinate appropriate access arrangements.
How should I store my premium pellets and logs to prevent spoilage?
Biomass fuel is highly hydroscopic, meaning it will absorb moisture from the surrounding air if left unprotected.
